Picking up in louisiana this evening and headed for socal as soon as I can get there and already have a preplan back to nashville...

took 6 hrs at receiver getting unloaded last night but when I called the broker to let him know I was empty he said he asked me how long it took and told me he would pay me for my time... wasn't expecting that. ..

OK, so evidently my APU being down entitles me to have the advances for motels deducted straight from my paycheck before (it seems) I can get the receipts in, hence I will be getting a paycheck for the princely sum of $134. That is,as we would have said in England utter bollocks. VERY unhappy at the moment (although tempered by Liverpool's 5-1 drubbing of League Leaders Arsenal this morning....)

Getting one's butt beaten. Lol. By the way still stuck in Millersburg. The snow is now being covered with ice. And I can't move my truck because it's frozen in place. The ice will last until 10 pm tonight. So another 11 hours of this. At least. I love my job.......

Sitting near the GTI terminal in SoCal now.

I have not been to Houston in a while but DFW drivers would be among the top 5 rudest in my book.

Had to stop in Sweetwater TX Thursday night/Early Friday because I couldn't see lines on the highway because of the snow.

And there was a dusting of snow on the cacti (and the rest of the landscape) all the way to El Paso in the Fri daytime.

    tow614 and chowick1966 Thank this.

Pardon me, but should a DPF problem really take 3 freaking days to sort out???? This is getting ridiculous now....been dealing with this since Wednesday morning, so actually 4 days....

At GTI? Yes it should. As a matter of fact it's par for the course.

And Cummins is balking at fixing after treatment systems under warranty. Especially on the DEF side.

They are doing software updates but refusing to pay to swap bad parts. (Dossers and sensors that get fouled)
