How can I get a job through a call?

if the recruiter is speaking fast tell them you have a BAD PHONE CONNECTION and could they speak slower so you can hear / understand them not that your having a problem with their English

I'd try to show up in person at decent small to medium sized companies, shake hands in person, and fill out an application.
Do you need to stay in nyc?

 

Your English is not bad, you can express yourself very clear in writing. So don't push yourself too hard and give it more time. Trying to speak English over the phone with your friend, your girl friend.....even in a slow speed which is ok and you will notice you are not afraid anymore

From your post, I doubt your English is bad at all. Somebody who couldn't speak it well, wouldn't be able to write it well because they wouldn't know the words, you apparently do. I'm willing to bet your "bad English" is all in your head. In either case the primary language in this country is English, so you NEED to use it and be fluent in it (which again, seems you already are). So I wouldn't be worried about it. The more you speak English the better you'll get.

Your English is fine, obviously it didn't keep you from getting hired for the last two jobs. I'm curious about why you're already looking for your third job in a year.
