If any of you are o/o's don't get fuel at Swift yards. The prices are higher than the discount prices with ComData. 12 to 20 cents.
Swift transition is making me crazy

Just going to fire off some from the top of my head ...
Scan sheets ... come on there's nothing to really fill out Truck#, Driver Code, Trip and Trailer .. takes 2 seconds. Also when you get your scan receipt, you can track it on line at transflo. Any dispute with payroll you can verify it online, payroll will verify and it will literally get fixed in real time. Most Pilot and Js have self serve scanners. As long as you get it scanned in with 4 days you'll be good to be paid.
The departure MAC, again takes whole 30 seconds to do, I do mine before I even pull off the dock. If you go scale and it's over weight and you have to go back .. do your arrival and departure call again ... the system will puke, but it does time stamp your location for the detention department.
Speaking of detention, those messages that you get after 2 hours and every hour after, are your detention checks ... ignore them or put in silly responses ... good chance you won't see your detention pay. Do them right and detention is pretty much automatic.
Rapid response is there to assist O/Os ... company drivers are to be supported by their DMs.
And for O/Os, yes watch the fuel prices at the terminals ... sometime it is more than the economy, sometimes it can be less ... also as an O/O you can fuel at any of the Wal Mart terminals, where Swift is the designated carrier. Almost always dirt cheap.droflex, Prostar_Central, Lady K and 1 other person Thank this. -

I think all you need is your account number and bank routing number.
And it has to be done at a terminal kiosk. It can't be done online via the website, as certain things are restricted.Prostar_Central Thanks this. -
Thanks Mystic,
Much appreciated.
Some of us had no instruction on anything.
It was like, well, nothing.
It doesn't matter to me anymore 'cause IPl'm out in a month but any help you or anyone else can give to other people will be priceless if they depend on a paycheck.
Please, anyone that can help with mac's (or anything really) for people that have been caught in the cross fire would be very helpful.
cheers -
I'll answer any question that I can.
Just need a specific question. -
