Thanks for the info. I can only go by what my DM tells me and frankly it seems like a lot of the DMs from Central are just as lost as the drivers. And it's still takes forever to get through to anyone on the phone, Qualcomm messages go hours before a response comes in ... if it gets answered at all. I feel like a mushroom. Just kept in the dark and fed a lot of #####. Trying to stay patient but the problems with this transition are costing me time and miles. I can't afford to stay patient much longer.

Call the # on the back of the card .
press 1 to register funds or check .
Then enter the check # when it asks for it .

You don't get express codes anymore cause you are the one registering the check now and not X-pay.
see if he replies , but that's how I did it and it worked .

See something is wrong , cause I called today and asked, so I hear we can't take our trucks home anymore .
She got back on the phone and said you can as long as its secure.
So i dk , one person ya get one answer next person ya get another .
the central side of this is gonna fail horribly.

Exactly. There has been no consistency at all. It's been that way since day 1. Bad information, wrong information. If you set out to design a transition that was more confusing, inept and poorly executed I don't think you could do better than what we are dealing with right now.

From what I understand when you send a message via the 'free form' option, it goes into a general screen... Your DL/ DM has to scan through ALL income messages to find yours... Our DM/DL has requested that we start our messages to her with her name, so she can easily FIND her messages... Try using their name, it might help...

Yep my DM requested the same thing and I've been starting every message with his name since day 2. Unless its on the weekend. Then I just start the message "To the poor unfortunate soul who got stuck trying to cover this mess on a Saturday ..."

Just take the truck home and worst comes worst you just say you didn't know. Better to ask forgiveness than permission.

I have heard of very few swift drivers who aren't allowed to take their truck home. So I can't imagine why you guys wouldn't be allowed to.

Ever since I started with Swift I always start freeform messages with 'Hi Larry', or whomever has been my DM.
    Just seemed to make sense.
They always seem to get it right away.

If after hours I begin with 'Hi, I need....'
And then very short with that first line, since that is all they first see on the screen.
    'Hi, I need fuel.'
Hi, I need to be dispatched.'

Keep it simple on the first line, then give details on following lines.
And only give the pertinent details. If asking for fuel state your current location and if you are continuing to roll or not, give your current fuel status in 8th's of a tank.
If you make it too hard to read or don't give the correct information it only makes it harder for them to help you.

I've done that twice within the last two weeks.

I finally got from under that #### load 118 hours later!

jfc I don't know if I can stick with this. Those automated messages are a pain and everyone who is suppose to help is ignoring us.

I don't know what mentally handicapped monkeys they have working the night shift now but dare I ask "can it get any worse?"

    Yep ... that's it.

You only need an AR when a third party is paying the funds to the check. When pay your self or paying from your account you authorize the check yourself directly, as Tangerine stated.
