    Janichol,
It should be pretty self explanatory with the ETA. Estimated time of availability is the time in which you will be able to start another load. When you send your loaded call it asks for your ETA. If you're under a load that delivers at 8 am on 10/17/12 then you would likely allow for an unload time of 2 hrs and enter 10/17/12 at 1000. If you know your delivery is a drop and hook and you anticipate arriving at 800 then you should probably enter an ETA of 0830. Of course you will also enter the number of available hours you will have to drive on that day once you're empty.

My prostar let's me idle as much as I want but I prefer useing the bunk heater it works well the only time I idle any is if I have to sleep during the day in summertime then you need the ac to get a good nights sleep but they have never complained about idling to me they let me take my truck home even sometimes mid week for ten hour breaks as long as you follow the safety rules they are easy to work for and will go out of their way to keep you happy.they let me off mid week every week to go to my wifes doctors appointments when she was pregnant with my daughter .

I'm having a hard time believing all this crap about JB Hunt. It seems that there's more BS than truth coming out, because I find it hard to believe all these ppl would have even worked for JB Hunt that long if it were such a bad company. There's obviously some people on here that don't know what a good company is.

call it as you wish. you say haters I say drivers who had bad fleet managers. sad thing is bad fleet managers get rewarded and drivers get treated as 4th class citizens, sorry but if you treat me like $#!t I'll tell other of it. So believe it this company is big enough to treat that many like $#!t.

after 6 months having been assigned your own truck. seek a company that pays more and treats it's drivers good if your not happy. knowing the area you will probably need a TWIX card unless you get a dedicated

    Trucker8 Thanks this.
