Boy, you sure got your training pay wrong. Trainers are paid well, but not that well at Prime.

It maybe .41 cents. But he probably didn't mention he has to pay his trainee. Even a company driver. If he was truly getting .41 he'd be off the pay chart in the .51-.53 range

Every solo rate has a corresponding team rate. Team rate is split with the co driver. If you get a raise as a solo, your team rate goes up too.

Trainer gets the team rate for all miles minus the trainee pay (.10 for C seats and .12 for B)

plus all bonuses. Quarter of fuel bonus goes to trainee plus half of stop pay.

Took the words right out of my mouth sure would be nice to get that .41 for every mile lol I'm currently at .32 for every mile doing TNT 5000 miles is a nice paying and relaxing week have seen upwards of 8000 but that was a trip that didn't make the cutoff time and one week had 3 chobani loads back to back from twin falls to new Berlin back to twin falls then back to new Berlin thought I had been assigned to a chobani dedicated there for a few days

I think I have live loaded there maybe 1 time out of a dozen or so the rest have always been preloaded and ready to go before app time we are talking about chotf right? That's always a reason I don't mind seeing those trips come up I know I won't be hanging there for hours

Yes, chotf. It wouldn't be a bad gig if they all were D&H there. It looked like everyone had live loads up there a couple of weeks ago. Trucks there at the Plant, and over at the Oasis by 84.
