I got the waiver alright. I screwed up in August with an at-fault accident. Per Swift, I have to wait a year before they'll hire me. So, another 6 months to go. Trust me, I won't make the same mistake twice.

Monday is a Monday. What can I say?

My experiences with Swift is to NEVER say thank you or pay them appreciation. The last few days were pretty great to be left alone to the most part. I posted sincere thank you for backing off and allowing me to perform my duties without interference. Today it's back to the blitz game again. Just wanted viewers to see what my posted appreciation results are.

Nothing really significant or different in posting today. Swift has decided to resume their game and antics. So don't expect much appreciation in the future.

They'll continue their 'entertainment' on me as one previous poster mentioned. I've dealt with it for months. I'll manage fine. At some point it's inevitable that a major mess up will occur. And as in past I don't share their mess ups. I just document. I will continue documenting and pursuing a resolution for what is an unfortunate employee situation.

The good news is that I had a few days off from the antics going on for about six months. I'm patient. At least I'm rolling again.

Eventually there will be a serious accident with the general public. And attorneys may need some things I've documented. Or another employee that may need certain information I've been documenting. Eventually that will happen as well. Swift is not a perfect company. None exist as we all know. But these antics I'm enduring are entirely preventable. Yet they still go on.

The ball is still in their court. And I feel they've made some grave errors. There is no way for me to resolve this. So I'll take it one step forward to defend myself.

Thank you for monitoring this thread. What else can one do?

Your wording & sentence structure puts me in a twilight zone of oddness.

If you want to leave the drama behind & feel the entire swift company is against you, transfer to a better job.

You would make near double what you do now working for maverick, Millis, prime, Van eerden, etc anyway + nicer equipment.

Can you give me a description of the vehicles that are following you? I think I may have one following me. Please respond asap. I am so nervous, I can't sleep.

Probably all black, or all white vans or sedans of various makes and models.
And keep an eye out for those helichoppers that are on your tail. They can be really hard to shake.
As with anyone following you, you can usually get rid of them by simply driving until your tanks are empty. We have a pretty good range.

Or you could pull into a rest area and confront them directly.
Keep your tire thumper in hand.

Not only should this poster not be driving for Swift, they shouldn't be driving, period. What a cluster of a thread.
