From Day One - Abilene Motor Express (Richmond, Wytheville, VA)

Tipcally out of Richmond although week before Xmas pulled one from wytheville, what area you run RC Midwest Illinois?

 

Nope. All I've been doing is NE and north (OH, IN, IL, PA, WV). Getting tired of reminding them that I am an OTR driver out of Richmond. Getting miles, but the WV turnpike is getting old. I've only had 5 or 6 loads that were southwest since I've been here. And only been to NV, CA, and TX once. Makes a girl think someone's gotta bone for her, ya know?!

 

I don't remember anyone with a dog. Bill gave me a road test.

 

Just got my next load. Going to Brooklyn NYC. I'm scared but it should be interesting

 

Just got to the Richmond yard. Live unload at hp 2 at 0600 then drop trl at hp 1 then who knows where?

 

First time going to the big city?

 

Yea. I've dodged it for the last five years but it finally got me. I've got directions and my crowbar laying in the floor so I'm ready. I'll leave with it off of the wytheville yard bout midnight or so.

BOHBR
-NJ Tpk xit 13 towards Gothels/Verazono Bridge
-I 278 east
-xit 30 Flusing Rd (go right)
-Follow Flushing to Bogert Rd ( you will see Receiver caddy corner on the left
-TL on Bogert, bullpen is one block down on the left) (gate opens at 0200)
