I love the Aussie square tanks. They'd look great on my Western Star.

Hey cluck, I'm going to look at a loaded up 2010 780 next week. It's a local owner, iShift, disc brakes, TPMS, and I think it has a sink too. What do you think, should I buy a Swedish meatball or should I stick with my Canadian clunker?

Disc brakes are great! We order them on all of our trucks and trailers now, unreal how much better they feel and stop!

My tank isn't here yet, and Truckee/Donner has the chain law in effect and no permit loads....

I made it back up to Livingston MT last night after the lil broken frame incident in Colorado, Different trailer behind me now, this one seems to be in much better shape, hopefully it does not break in half.

Jut heard on the gate keepers two way radio..."No deliveries today". After multiple dry days, they now call it due to rain.

    Getting detention yes.
Can't get paid until it is off the trailer though!
Now our contact on site isn't returning calls to the office, so who knows....

Yea and the bad thing about detention money is, you don't get paid untill the company does.
So if the customer wants to fight the hours and days it can get ugly.
Like my ld. this week. Customer says please be there at 5am. Ok us and the other driver are there.
I get unlded. at noon. First 2 hours are free ok. So our rep. bills for 5 hours. Customer says they will only pay for 3.
I'm like huh? Well on your bills it says 7am appt. time, so we will only pay for 3 hours nad the rate really sucks for what they are paying.
I believe the company will fight for Martin, it's just the sitting around and not knowing when you will get unlded.
Plus some places if you bobtail out they get all upset. Want you sitting there everyday, just in case.
