Oh that's awesome. Let's just let one of the worse Bottom Feeders, a company that needs to hire third party recruiters to counter their turnover rate I might add, take over one of the few DECENT OTR starting jobs out there.

That's great, what's next? Crispy Crengland ruining Walmart? Oh, yeah, that's happening too.

I know what will never be allowed: CRST pulling doubles for half the pay.... Oh, nevermind, that's happening as well.

Sure, let's let all the decent jobs go to hell in favor of greedy bottom line corporations. After all "we should be thankful we have a job", right?

 

I had an oppurtunity to drive for Wal Mart in 1998. Something else came along but this was one of my deciding factors that influenced my decision. I am happy for all the Wal Mart drivers today as it remains one of the better paying company positions out there but amazes me that Wal Mart never went this route entirely like many of the others have and will.

Sam Walton made his kids promise before being able to take over the company to never get rid of the private fleet so Walmart driver's are safe for now.........

 

I'm surprised that the cheerleaders haven't jumped on board to tell us the up side......



All I know is the feed mill near me had their own private fleet. Jb took over cut wages and screwed things up big time.....


The mill and jb parted ways..... But the wages and bennies never came back up.

It used to be a decent place to work but not now.....

 

JB Hunt said that Tyson's drivers wanted to much money. Then can't figure out why so much stuff I getting broke.

 

Eventually, many Americans will NOT apply for these jobs. This will cause the companies to resort to immigrant labor to haul our goods throughout the United States of America. This is NOT a good situation, due to unforeseen ramifications. The workforce in the U.S.A. is changing.

When all is said and done there making a whopping $14/hr hear running out of the container yard near me.
