Do you plan to move into another Class-B job or train for Class-A job?

So, unless I read this wrong, you have one speeding ticket and one warning for speeding. If this is correct, then your MVR will show one speeding ticket; which speeding ticket is on the MVR, that's the important one.

I just got pulled over wednesday the 19th, at which point, yes, I got a citation for speeding amd being on a non truck route, he also did an nspection, and found brake issues and then and gave me a warnjng for the brakes, as well as the second speeding, plus I had a warning for not havimg my eye wear on when I did, back in june of 13..so with the time frame I have nothi g on my mvr yet, my due date for the ticket I was cited for (not warned) is due by 3/24, should I pay to keep it off or leave it becuz of the dot report, that shows Ihhaveit anyway, thats what sucks about 2 seperate reports......do ur points/violations from the dot folow u 2 other jobs

You should be OK with the 10 over on the MVR. I wouldn't volunteer any information that isn't asked for. Try some companies that will train for the CDL-A. Try Witte Bros. online application.

The work. A brand new license (class a), high CSA score, & a ticket for 10 over in a CMV -- that will eliminate any chance of going to a good starter mega carrier. You can find work at smaller outfits, but the types that don't care about safety scores aren't likely to be good places to work.

There are exceptions, but they're rare. Filling out your location in your profile here might lead to some better suggestions (people might miss KC from your post).

Officers sure did have a field day with you, lol. That's quite a list of violations you have.I don't care who takes no trk routes and how many times you took that route, there's always a first time cops could nab you and unfortunately this was the time. You need to read and respect signs.MN has no trk routes all over but semis still take them and one day they may get caught. No trks means NO TRUCKS.If it was meant only for semis then it would say no trucks over so many axles. You need to respect your CDL the signs and the laws if you wanna keep your license.Considering all those violations and in like one day and some in such a short time apart, you probably will have trouble finding work.Companies can't take a chance on you. They have their safety record and insurance to think about.None of this may appear on your record for a month or so but companies will find out and when they do plan on getting terminated. If it were only a couple violations, then yes a lawyer may try and get them reduced but all this, good luck.
