Again, that is when he should have whipped out his video camera. Whether he can accept loads or not he should have documented himself explaining that in his situation he could not safely deliver that load. Even in a forced dispatch world you accept the load when you hook it up to your truck. He could have refused to hook the load due to safety concerns. Again, another good time to whip out the camera. We'll just have to agree to disagree.

Maybe because unlike some, guys like me know we can refuse a load. I doubt his dispatcher was there with a gun to his head forcing him to take that load. Some are sheep and some are the shepherd....

I remember at the forced dispatch company, they dispatched me on a load that I could get to the food warehouse that night and while on break, they said I could move in and get unloaded since I would not be on city streets.

I told them, that when the truck driver went on the 10 hour break, it would be a 10 hour break.

Here again, how do you know that he did not do this?

The load was already preassigned to Abe before taking his 10.He has tried many times during his employment with KB about loads that went out the window.Doesnt matter what u say what you do,kb will make your life hell.Accepting or not accepting the ld,he still would have received a service failure and NO he did not deserve this failure. You don't know how kb operates, its not that simple just to refuse lds.

If that's true he's a dummy for continuing his employment with KB.

I'll have to agree with you there and hopefully this is the last straw.

I don't know that he did and I don't know that he didn't. Lots of information missing in that video. I'm taking the information that was given and forming my opinion. My opinion is that Abe is a shady character. Video taping a phone conversation without informing the other party is shady!
