But we do not know what happened during the long day of the second 10 hour break. Yet, many on here are SURE that the driver is the one at fault. They have no objection to the way the dispatcher performed or the police coming to wake up the driver.

These types of passive compliance is what leads to the companies being the way they are to the drivers. I assure you that they would never treat an employee this way.

 

ZZZZZ It's the drivers fault he didn't get proper rest. This guy isn't hauling RV's he's hauling perishable and folks like him usually like to make that call from the comfort of their own house a few hundred miles away and nobody's in the truck and the reefer's off. KB has been doing this awhile and they know what kind of drivers they hire.

 

How do you know he did not try to sleep.

 

They better learn to plan loads better next time huh?

 

Mr. Medic if he did or if he didn't. HE IS TO BLAME HE COULDN'T DO HIS JOB. Case is closed my friend. Folks can't seem to take personal responsibility for anything these days. Gee's.

 

They better learn to check you tube and make sure they aren't hiring video bloggers.

Well sir again. This isn't RV Hauling. A customer wants a product picked up at 22:00. There's only one driver in the area. Guess who gets the load. Come on man this isn't rocket scientist. Heck this guy should of been able to do 1,000 mile trip with all that logged sleeper birth time.
