Don't know if I'll go back or not. Boss may feel, that since he got away with this one, it will be ok to send me again. Honestly, it wasn't that bad. Both places were big warehouses and fairly easy to get to. Just wish my Garmin, could somehow recognize that NYC has screwed up bridge heights.

What a strange load I just finished with. It's not that it was liqueur, it was that I took it to a recycling center. Guess that chocolate milk liqueur, was not a big seller. Lol

 

You didn't want to try it before it was recycled?

I have been playing pretty with them they are still alive ATM.

 

Glad that everyone is still alive. Are they visiting or do they live close to you?

 

We moved them out here last August...They couldn't stay in Wyoming and they couldn't afford to get there own place so we rented a place and moved them here.


They live with us in a very small house We looked for a bigger house but the bigger houses didn't have room for there 36ft travel trailer, 3 cars, boat, 14ft box trailer and our Semi.

 

Wonder what it would cost to get them plumbed in and electric set up for their trailer?

 

Decided to do a few loads with JJ this week just so I don't forget what trucking is like and become a typical Dispatcher LOL.

Sitting in Waddy KY tonight after a pretty profitable load to Lexington.

 

i'm camping in clovis new mexico. didn't get here in time to fuel. so i'll grab in the morning and finish my journey to lubbock, tx. it really sucks that fuel stops need to be accounted for. as they really don't work well on my trips and paper.

on another note. semi laying on it's side had 40 westbound shut down. front of the trailer was smashed left to right. (top to bottom as the trailer lays).
don't know what happened to the semi. it was nowhere to be found. i sure hope it didn't go DOWN. as the trailer was laying over the gaurdrail right on a drop off.

and on another note. loves was supposed to be adding new showers. i see a restaurant where the construction was last year. and a greatly expanded parking lot that now holds 50 trucks instead of 6. find out in the morning if they actually got showers. but the bulding does seem to be new. along with new and more fuel islands that are also relocated. and a cat scale added.

basically, they musta bought the rest of the property that was doing nothing. and built a more modern truckstop.

 

I think I hate Loves more then Peelots, small parking and the coffee sucks. Its feeling like Spring today YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY.
