Not a flatbed load, but saw this last night at my local fair. Longest bbq in the world. Real good too. I loved their Turkey Leg.

Off topic but its just a tip. Their no excuses not being healthy "on the road"
Guys is not hard staying in shape on the road, just eat w.e you want but stop eating at 2,500-2,800 calories a day. Take in 80-100 grams of protein a day and yall should be good. Dont know where protein comes from download a app on your smart phone that counts your Calories/Protein intake. Meat, eggs,Fish,Bread and such have proteins.
Drink a lot of water.
Just drinking water will increase stamina, sex drive, mood and energy and you will loose some weight.
If your addicted to cigarettes try the new hookah pen. I've seen a lot of people quit since it came out.
Stretch a lot, especially before and after loading and securing your load. You will thank your self when you get older.
A MUST, Take fish oil daily to help lubricate Joints and prevent arthritis.
Walk around the truck stop when your bored and not tired.
Keep your brain thinking but stress free.
I could keep on but these are your simple steps.old time, peterbilt_2005, milskired and 3 others Thank this. -
