Oh, well, then, you have it all figured out. Far be it for those with as many years' experience behind the wheel as you have on the planet to question your wisdom.
    Carry on.

How did what I say have anything to do with questioning someone's wisdom? I was talking about calling people a stupid term.

some of these company newbies are falling for the mega-lie that paper-logs, cb's, owner-ops and driving over 65mph is whats destroying the trucking profession

if everyone would just follow the mega-lies, the world would be a safer place

i wonder how many deaths and accidents are attributed to one man-one truck vs the megas?

    Well said.

Bottom-feeder company "schools" are no different than any other indoctrination-center with an agenda. Keep running "students" through and misinforming them and, pretty soon, you have a very large quantity of people that believe what you posted.

If the old ways were so bad, why was the industry so much better back then?

Wow could you imagine how noisy it would be on the cb if all the company drivers doing 62 were asking for bear reports every 5 minutes in 70 and 75 mph states. But I guess that is why I haven't put mine back in. I think I have reached the limit on the." WHAT YOU LEAVE BEHIND YA" " Y nobody didn't say anything about that bear". Yeah buddy they just eat up that diesel driving 62 as opposed to 75 and then these guys cry about the fuel price. Go figure. :)

It's the economy that has people running through these school's, and running back out of the industry. Just the other day we had a bright kid who put diesel in the def tank. Guess they should do a class in the schools about reading since people can't see that big blue sign and arrow that points to the def hose. That from their perspective was hidden in the fuel pump. Then proceeds to drive 500 miles until truck get's sick. You can't make this stuff up. You really can't, but yep it's all the mega's fault. smh

He can't even keep his story straight, says he driven 6 years but his profile says 4. Which is it.

That's because your profile doesn't update each year. You have to manually put it in. So if he signed on in 2010 maybe he forget to update a few years ago. Just like I forget to update mine. :)
