    But it so much easier too throw the straps over than having to get the chains and lever binders out.
    Plus they might of had to climb on the trl. to hook the chains if they were too short to reach from the ground..
    Oh clean your windscreen also..lol

  6. When I talked to a D.O.T. Cop. he said "I don't care how you secure your load. You can use plastic wrap for securement. I'm only concerned when it ends up on my highway"

    That sounds to me like " Stupid cop " if he's told that to some of these stupid truckers.

    When I stopped him he was going for his winch bar to crank them down. I cant imagine how much the housing was going to take before it folded like a lawn chair.
