National Truck & Trailer Services. http://www.nttsbreakdown.com/ntts/programs/main/main.php

Anyone know when the next model update is due out? To clarify, not a map update. Have an old Garmin 465T & was thinking the dezl line was about to be replaced/updated with something new?

To be honest, I've been disappointed in this feature since before my updates ran out two years ago. A database of service providers on an appliance like a gps is so 1990. At least compared to similar smart phone apps or newer models that get those listings to your device real time via a wifi internet connection. The 560 does a fine job on mapping and ifta mileage tracking, the only two features I find valuable on it.

Just purchased the Garmin nuvi 465LMT. and its been great. That being said there are still some problems. Headed to Monroe Falls Rd in Akron, Ohio, its off of Gilchrist Rd. When I type in the address it says No Address found. A stop at a local gas station got me headed in the right direction.

I even asked the shipping/receiving clerk the correct address and he told me their mailing address. When I had to return later I punched in the address the shipper provided and the same thing happened, No Address found. What gives?

It may not be an actual Akron address, despite the fact that the US Post Office would probably get the mail there with "Akron" as the city for the addressee, anyway. A quick check on Google maps shows businesses in that area on Monroe Falls Rd. with Tallmadge, OH. addresses. I'll bet if you used Tallmadge instead, it would go right to it. Happens a lot in the suburbs of major cities.

    Drac1985 Thanks this.

Yep. Punch in the address without a town and see what pops up. I've seen that issue down in LA area a lot.

I-80 in Nebraska closed to big trucks? A couple months ago when going thru the Omaha area, I got alerts that I could not stay on I-80, due to the 40 ton weight limit. I had my profile set at 40 tons, 80,000lbs. Reducing the profile to 39.9 tons allowed me to proceed in the GPS' mind. Now the whole state seems to be set at 40 tons, 17 tons and 10 ton limits for the whole length of the state! I think there is a programming issue that can't resolve the difference between axle, tandem and gross weights. But because of these limits, if you have you profile set to 40 tons, then the GPS will not even conside the route for the trip planning.

It is/was a problem with the data base. It has been fixed and doing an update to the most current map sets should fix the problem.

Like the US-67 bridge under I-35W in Texas. South bound bridge is fine, north bound bridge is 6'-6" (in the database) but the bridge is 16'-6" in reality. There are many typos all throughout the system that cause these goofy issues.
