I have the 465T and its been great but could use more truck stop locations. I set the height specs for my truck and its only tried to run me under a low bridge once but its gotten me out of trouble plenty of times. I think its very easy to operate compared to some of the others. would be better if I could customize my own routing.

That or change your heavy weight to like 39 tons or so. I don't know what's going om with the folks over at Garmin but they said the issue would be fixed in the last quarter of last year- well here are into next year and the problem is worse. I do not who is compiling their restrictions overlay but I think they should re examine their relationship with that party very carefully.

    Jon,
I was very much looking forward getting my Garmin Dezl. I bought mind at a Loves in Florida. They only had an exchange policy; no refund. I didn't mind I believed it would be awesome. After all, the Garmin Nuvii I was using was pretty good but I really wanted to upgrade to "truck specific". I don't think it took more than one day to realize that whoever programmed the Dezl.must have been on drugs. What a huge disappointment! I bought another Nuvii it's way faster and easier to use at a fraction the price. I give the Dezl a big thumbs down. It doesn't come close to living up to the hype that preceded it.

I'm little surprised to hear that, as I love my Dezl 760 with the traffic monitors, the way it shows which lane to be in, the warning about red light camera and weigh stations, and the ability to customize the screen. I don't feel it's slow or hard to use.
But I am glad you gave your opionion as that is what the fourm is for. Everyone has different views.
Surely it wasn't just because of speed, why you didn't like it?

Hey Flightline will the 760 let you input oversize load specs?

Yes it lets me put weight, height, how wide, and even how long.

Though I find putting in 40 tons gives alot of false warnings.
