I've been checking different carriers websites and looking on the forums here and googling and just can't seem to find this exactly. I've seen some 1 week out 1 week off positions, and I've seen some 2 week out 1 week off positions. However, I've done the math and I think for things to work out financially for me and for me to have some good home time at least one week out of every 4 weeks this is what would work best. So, does anyone know of any 3 week out, 1 week off driving positions with companies that take new drivers? Thanks in advance for any input.

Oil fields are going to be about the only ones that do that. With that being said, the guys that make the big bucks stay out for 6 weeks at a time.

    Murphy,

I'm not able to find what company or companies those were at this time. I want to say that Swift had that and maybe Schneider but I'm not real sure. If I find it I'll be sure to let you know

Which company/companies is that?? It's sad so many drivers think you have to be on the road weeks at a time to make good money, almost sickening...

    Bayle and Truckermania Thank this.

Appreciate that Hawk. Like I said I did the math and I believe 3 weeks out and 1 week off would be just right for me. I'm not necessarily about making a huge amount of money. I just need to find the right balance between home time and enough money to pay my bills with some savings.
