Yeah i was never going to lease a truck that id never own much less going into a business i know nothing about. But i am listening to all the drivers and appreciate the insight. I was kind of going to push myself to join Cr right after the semester ended but now I'm thinking about just waiting until July when all my tickets are over 3 years old to get into a better company sponsored school or go with one of the programs the TWC sponsors i hear those are pretty good

My name is Suzanne and I work in the Driver Advocates Department at C.R. England. I would like to shed some light on a few topics that have been mentioned here. I encourage anyone to contact me directly if you have any questions. You can send me an email to driveradvocates@crengland.com. You can also find more information about C.R. England at our website www.crengland.com.
Most importantly, C.R. England values our drivers. Our number one priority is creating a company where professional drivers turn for a world-class career. We are constantly looking for ways to improve and we encourage drivers to reach out to us with their feedback. We have thousands of successful drivers who have made a career for themselves at C.R. England for which we are grateful.
We are proud of the fact that we offer an opportunity for a solid career path in the trucking industry to individuals who have no experience, no training, and no ability to pay for tuition to earn a CDL. We offer Regional, Dedicated, Intermodal, and over the road positions. We also offer freight for independent contractors. We provide these options in the hope that our drivers will select the career path that works best for them. We understand the hard work it takes to complete schooling and over the road training to eventually become a successful professional driver. While it is true that not every individual succeeds in this pursuit, we take every step possible to provide a career opportunity for our drivers who dedicate themselves and work hard. -
So tell me this Suzanne, why the huge turnover rate? Why are so many leasing only to fail? What sales pitch are you using? Is it true if someone don't lease they are told a company truck wont be available for weeks and /or months? Is that how u get so many to lease?Far as your website goes, its not any different then any other website, glamour it up but is everything 100%true I wonder.
Toomanybikes, Swamprat55 and 48Packard Thank this.
