The hours vary...that's why I stated my average take home per month...everyone can have an exceptionally good or bad week. BTW the other guys that started with me are all at about the same take home. I don't feel it's "oilfield" money yet, but it IS rising. I tend to work around 50-60 hours each week.

Housing costs will vary as well. I rented a 750sqft one bedroom apartment in the nicer part of town so I pay $1050/mo. but some guys live in Rv's or smaller apartments...still others have families or room mates.

BTW my take home is after paying for top line medical/dental/vision and also contributing 5% to my 401K.

I been there once with JB Hunt.

About 12 years ago I was once offered to go on their Rite-Aid account. The day before I was supposed to go up to E. Brunswick, NJ for orientation I got a phone call saying the job was no longer available.

I suppose that was a blessing in diguise.

Don't mind helping someone out at all...will do everything possible . But it really takes a pair to come onto a forum and ask for advice on how to break the law....even if I had some advice or even knew of a job that was open you'd be the last person I would call.....Asking for help help is one thing ..but you're waaaaaaay past that one...waaaaaaay past.

I wasnt serious about fudging but come on, two years?. With this two years experience requirement it just doesn't seem to chime with the driver demand that truck schools and the industry claims they need to fill.

You just explained the reason for my post with the comment above sir.....If you can't get serious enough about getting the job to start with....then you'll not be serious enough to be able to make the life and death decisions that all drivers make countless times a day....This is a very , very , very serious profession my friend....No room for anything else....period.
