I don't mind the old truck really. It runs well though quite loud. BUT It is due for a PM now and I have discovered that neither the AC nor the Jake brake work. And the QUALCOMM intermittently goes out and I rely on its GPS heavily. It was out when I made my ill fated run to Gatorade when I turned wrong and ended up getting stuck requiring a wrecker. Other than that, it has served me well. As I told Bill Walsh, if I am driving the worst truck in the fleet, well I think it speaks very well of the fleet we have and how well maintenance keeps up our fleet. And yes I should have used Macro 26 for directions to Gatorade. Or my phone a friend option. Stupidity on my part. My Qualcomm is finally calling. In Indy area.
jungHo Thanks this. -

I got to my delivery at 7:30 last night for an 8pm appointment. I finally got backed in at 9:45 and empty at 2:30 this morning. I got back home at 3:15. My wife was sleeping on the couch and not one of these four dogs said a word, My chocolate Lab opened one eye then went back to sleep. There was 3 of us delivering the same product, you would think that at $225 each to unload they would have been a little more efficient. Publix might be a great place to work, but it comes at our expense. Oh well, no sense complaining, no one listens. I called into Tim in dispatch. They'll have me something later today for tomorrow. In the meantime, off to the hot tub to soothe this wacked out sciatica nerve. The nice thing about taking it easy with aches and pains is that my wife lightens up the honey do list.
jungHo, Lonesome and The Challenger Thank this. -

That sciatica nerve pain doesn't sound like any fun. Hope your whole home time isn't miserable because of it. By the way, how is Lesli doing, since her eye surgery? Hope she's doing well.

Got my reload assignment. I need to reload in the morning in Brunswick Ga for a delivery tomorrow night in Richmond. I'm leaving here about 7pm.
I need to have my medical card renewed so I'll be doing that Thursday morning while they replace my refrigerator in my truck, then it's the John and Tim show again.gntorres61 and Lonesome Thank this. -
JohnBoy said: ↑She's doing much better. After seeing the $22K racked up in medical bills this issue accumulated I told her maybe it wasn't all that bad she couldn't see straight. Anyway, she's doing much better. My sciatica is allowing me the opportunity to see things out my windshield from a different angle.Click to expand...JohnBoy Thanks this.
