Lol...maybe now arrested him for trespassing and loitering.......just joking.....hope you have gotten out of the situation maybe with a few bumps and a slightly lighter wallet.

Please we update us on your progress as being in your situation a time or 2 really isn't fun or funny

    pattyj Thanks this.

I know his pain, But have never been left high and dry so to speak by any carrier I have drove or been leased too.

My wallet had been lightened and a arse chewing, yes.
    Stranded no...

You would have thought that they (Boyd Brothers) would have told him of a solution no later than noon yesterday. How can they be THAT indecisive and stay in business? I can understand a driver goofing. Goofs are going to happen. But this can't be the first time something like this has happened. Driver goof or not, by today, I would have been lining up my next gig.

You company drivers, better travel light.

Well...I kind of know how he feels....
I sat at the S/B Raton coop for three days because the winds were blowing over 25 mph....
And it was a permitted load....

I asked if I could return to Trinidad and wait it out...DOT said no....I then asked If I could just drop the wagon and turn around and again..."NO!"....

Come Sunday morning....The winds were calm....I walked into the coop and asked if it was ok to move...."No....No OD movements in NM on Sundays and Holidays".....
