hey Robert I live in Monroe and u r in a good area. I have to say that maverick, CTL transport, boyd brothers would be what I would consider. based on your experience level and WHERE U R LOCATED!!!!!! these will be companies that WILL get u home weekends I worked for all of them they all will consider your experience and get you home because OF UR AREA. they all have accounts around there and they were all great. I moved to each one as I gained more experience now I am with a great company local. but remember they all have their cons but out of all the companies I know they are up on my list for regional and u will average around 2500 a week.

Picking a Company is like picking a woman to marry. The first couple of them don't really matter, just survive and learn as much as you can. Try not to let her on top ( f u c k u p) too much. Your third company is the keeper.

I was at Maverick and loved them. Went through their orientation and they decided that flatbed wasn't gonna be a good fit for me. I found out later that is what they start telling ppl when they have such a big class come in and not enough trainers. I was gonna transfer to their reefer division, but they don't hire in this area.

Thanks Chinatown, what company is this? My schooling is part of the three months I have. I looked into Advance Auto, but they aren't hiring for anything in my area, same story with Dean Foods. I'm gonna call SRT and Roehl tomorrow. Thanks for the advice! Anything else, keep it coming.
Chinatown Thanks this. -
