Average of all entries. So if you have 2012, 2013, 2014 it will average them all out. Now if you delete 2012, the numbers will change slightly.
Thanks,
Mark

No, but you did suggest I call customer service and it's now going back to RM so they can look at it. I have already bought a new 720 LM, but it will be nice to get it back to serve as a spare.
-
If you want I can remote into it and look at it. Sounds like maybe a corrupted file. This would entail cleaning out your cache file on your computer, then looking at your files on the 720, running a D/R on it and see how it acts up then.
Thanks,
Mark -
There probably ought to be a lane assist/"turn right" command to continue on northbound us 281 just a few miles past Hoisington, KS. The unit just says continue straight for 70 miles, but at the bifurcation of 281 & 4 continuing straight would make you go west on 4...
Mark Kling Thanks this. -
Thanks for your offer, Mark, but it's all wrapped up and ready to get shipped back to RM tomorrow. I've spent enough time messing with it already.

SilverShadow and free2frog Thank this. -
I'm sure this has been asked before, but I'm having trouble keeping my charger into the unit. As I go down the road, it becomes loose and doesn't charge the unit. Any suggestions? Thanks
-
Using pliers or something and GENTLY squeeze the end of the plug that goes into the unit. Not too hard or it will crush it. Just a gentle gentle squeeze will do it. Then wrap the cord around the neck of the base so it relieves the stress on the plug so the cord isn't pulling on the plug and stretching it out.Mark Kling Thanks this.
