Has the concrete trucking picked up at all Milskired?
-
Yes it most certainly has! I am still looking at other opportunities and was just informed last night of one which may end up being the one! We shall see, I am waiting on some more info from the seller on what all is included in the sale with prices, numbers, gross earnings and all that good stuff.
MJ1657 and passingthru69 Thank this. -
Good to hear. Keep us posted.

Oh I will for sure! If it does go through I think you all would be the first to know with pictures to follow. Its a pretty big step but it has some serious potential for me. The guy that has everything right now has never been good with money and does not budget like he should so he is just selling everything and going back to working for somebody. He is a friend which may make arrangements easier on me but like I said, with what he is selling, if they cards are played correctly it has potential to be very rewarding!

I may have some insight as to what happened to that trailer that's nose down in the parking lot.
The mega fleets are spec'ing aluminum landing gear. If you hook on to one of these trailers and then give it a tug to make sure that it's hooked-- tug it hard enough and it will collapse the landing gear.
Next time you walk by a pneumatic trailer (all aluminum), look at the handle side of the landing gear. You will see a bright yellow sticker imploring you not to tug on the trailer while the gear is down.
Maybe they should just replace the sticker with that picture triple six posted.kachup, dannythetrucker and milskired Thank this. -

Mitchell, SD for the night. Delivering in Hemingford, NE tomorrow afternoon. I was supposed to deliver at noon but the crew called and said they wouldn't be there until 2 to 4. I guess I'll just take my time getting there.
