    30CPM isn't a big demand

USA truck shouldn't have any problem with that

I have less than a year and Crete/Shaffer offered me .43CPM OTR

Out three weeks home 3 1/2 days, take the truck home as well
    all sticks and e-logs

just because u have an APU doesn't mean u have to use it

I thought Crete/Schaffer wanted 1 year OTR to be eligble.

I know because I almost got hired by them

    I think I was offered 43CPM,

I do have 5 job offers

1 from Indian River, who seemed in a hurry to hire me
2 from Celadon, 1 for OTR (which is what I wanted) and 1 for its regional Reefer division (which they want me to do)
1 from Seward.Motor Freight, who is stopping at nothing to remind me i'm wanted, every day is a letter, phone call, or email

and another is local, running trailers, backing them into docks for 12 hours a day at $12.75/hr

I forget who else wanted me, I kind of ignore all their calls

I turned down a home weekends job for that reason right there
I even turned down a lease-purchase (5 on 3 off I believe) offer to run Intra-Missouri because hell no on Lease Purchase

I just can't figure out what to do, i'm leaning towards Indian River just because they run tanks

Learn to say "would you like fries with that?"

Fired 3 times in one year? Paper logs are easy, anyone with half a brain can do them. Won't drive a Pete or KW? What happens when your company replaces your Cascadia with one of those? Are you gonna quit? And if there is an APU on that new Pete, now you have 2 reasons to quit.

You better learn to do paper logs, if your elog ever goes down you are supposed to run on paper at least until it is fixed.

    You sound like a 2 year old ..... I don't wanna, I don't wanna.

Even though there is a big need for drivers, in your shoes it is not an employee market, it is an employer market. Until you have an offer letter in your hands, all you have is a recruiter trying to make his quota.

    rockee Thanks this.
