I run 60 mph and it's putting me at the 8.5-10 mpg range depending on truck/load/etc. This gets me around a 1200-1400$ a quarter bonus(they also offer rolling your bonus into your mileage pay, but I don't do that, so I have no idea how it pays out). Most of what I hear from the guys who run 65 is they get around a 900-1000$ a quarter bonus. The best thing about this company is that phone calls get answered within 10 minutes(normally less than 1). The recruiter is a pain to get a hold of(leave a message, he will call you back), but I doubt anyone else they could hire to help him would have anywhere near his talent in hiring quality drivers.

I talked to the recruiter for over an hour too when I called. Super nice guy. The only deal breaker for me was not being able to take the truck home on the weekends due to out of route miles. I was gonna have to park it over 60 miles away and drive home in my personal vehicle.

It all depends on location, our hiring area is pretty limited, so in some situations, they'll hire you outside of the area if you're willing to park the truck inside the hiring area. When I first started I had a 70 minute drive to and from the truck every weekend, but thankfully they allowed me to move the truck closer to home after around 8 months. Thankfully with this company, nothing is a completely solid yes or no. They'll actually listen to comments and questions, and sometimes it might change things, other times it might not, but you'll at least find out why.

How is the pay and benefits. Can a person make much more then the guarantee. Im all about running and keeping my door shut but i also want to make money if im out on the road.

What is the hiring area
-
If you run 2400 miles or more you make more than the guarantee. Normally I run around 2600 miles, but I've heard other drivers that run around 3000. It all depends on what you ask dispatch for(if you want to run harder, they'll find you more miles). I really only see the guarantee maybe 4-5 weeks a year. Hiring area is MOSTLY midwest(indiana, illinois, southern/western wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Nebraska, and select areas of texas), but this changes a lot based on customer demand(it may have changed since I was told that).
