What is the Max speed limit you can go over on an interstate?

    Never said i was worried. I run 5 to 10 on top 24/7 wasnt the issue with the op. The idea that troopers "set" there radars was, or there is a certin speed that is "safe or allowed" thats all

    The OP shouldn't worry about this at all. Chances are the OP will end up driving for a company that cant even run the speed limit anyways. You have bigger stuff to worry about than this trivial junk.

    you can drive as fast as you want. don't worry about the speed limit signs... that's just the suggested speed anyway so mash that gas newbie....

    They can and will get you for 1-4 mph over. You consistently do 10+ you're asking for a big fine and lots of CSA points.

    1st off that reason is total BS , coming from a " safety director" all of this or the greatest majority of speed-governed trucks started in the 70's. when insurance underwriters and our benevolent government decided that they knew better how to "run" the trucking industry......than those running it. It has never and will never be about fuel savings or " safety". It's about control.
