They may not pursue any reimbursement at all. Being polite and respectful goes a long way with folks.....and they certainly can't argue that their training period is adequate because it has been complained about many many times.

Yes I am an O/O. leased to a company. I am semi retired and don't work hard. The better half and I run team when we decide to go to work. . Maybe in two weeks we will go back out. I am trying to enjoy the things trucking has allowed me to acquire.. I do ham radio a lot and also have one in the truck. Great hobby and a wonderful way to meet and make new friends.

well the driver who wants to quit before 90 days are up you might find that pretty much all the mega starter companies have there issues. Your pretty much going to be a number and not a person. If you want a good job with good pay you should talk to Cranky Yankee he is working with a great company that treats him well. Try to stick it out with T/A
