Windshield + bugs = mess......

You get down in Florida with them swarms of Love bugs you better be getting a truck wash. Those things got acid or something in them that will eat your paint off.

 

Been many years since I was in Florida. They have hose washes at the service plazas. I have used the hose on those bugs.

But using these things to wash a truck is why they get destroyed and are worthless quick. Finding diesel in the washer bin makes the windshield a mess.

Just a sample of inconsiderate drivers.

OK, What's the last thing to go through a bug's mind when it hits your windshield (which you JUST cleaned and it's the size of a sparrow and zeroed in RIGHT in the center of your field of vision because; hey - that's what the big gooey suicidal bugs do)?

It's arsehole! Talk about an inverter! Inversion conversion - it gives a whole new meaning to inside out.

If you hit enough love bugs,and stop in the hot spot for those nasty little guys beware!!
They WILL swarm your truck!Freaky little bastigess were all over my truck,and getting in my cab.
I guess the mooshed ones still send out a signal of love?
Im all for some lovin,but these guys take it to a whole nother level.

I also hate hitting those b-52 bomber wasp that come in through the window after my mirror has pst it off.

get a spray bottle from walmart and some dawn put capful fill with water spray on run wipers on high till off

 

spray bottle and dawn one capfull of dawn rest water spray on windsheld run wipers on high till gone

 

ever hit a swarm with your window cracked a bit? that took skill that day to keep it between the lines, majority of them were stunned luckily. lol
