The way I read it, he's already been through CDL school, but the DMV is giving him problems.
Prime might be a good choice. They have refrigerated, tankers, flatbed.
Prime will help him get a Missouri CDL, then he can switch that to his home state later.

I havent gone through CDL school. I paid a CDL school for a couple of individual classes here and there and for the rent of their truck to take the road test.
Maybe having different instructors on those individual classes didnt really help as much.
I just basically need a bit more practice and ill be set to take that test.
Ps. Didnt go to school because of the money. I know it sounds stupid but thought I'd do fine doing everything on my own..
