    Wrong again Sir! Since an IC provides his own workers comp coverage we are exempt from the safety shoe requirement. While I was an OSR we never required an IC to have safety shoes for anything.

    Hmm OK 👌. Guess I'll tell my buddy he can go back to wearing his crocks then. Because on his last annual check up they wouldn't let him wear his tennis shoes. Of course he failed his road test for going to fast. So that's another question why does a ic have to do a road test every year? It's there truck there insurance?

    Bulk side requires ICs to wear steel toes. I think that requirement comes more from the customers than anything. 0330 comes early, y'all stay safe out here.
