I still use a coleman extreme 5 day ice chest. I am home 2 days a week so I freeze 2 liters or large jugs of water in my deep freezer which cuts down buying ice, I end up getting away with buying 1-2 small bags of ice in the 5 days during the hot months, during winter the frozen jugs kept it cold the whole week. I use a 400 watt inverter to power my bpap and my laptop, for cooking I have a 12v oven and a portable butane stove.

Wolfy thanks for this idea. I have been buying ice every two days or so, it is not quite as hot here in southeast as you have it over there but the temps are quickly climbing. I lose most of my ice while I am securing a load and have the truck shut off. Cannot believe I did not think about freezing large jugs of water. I too use a butane stove with a cast iron skillet, quick and easy to clean. I also have a small backpacking stove for boiling water. I power a portable dvd player and my phone with the bunk 12v plugs as well as a small fan which helps with not idling. Thank for sharing what you use/do.

I use my butane stove to heat certain things also like can foods such as soup, chili etc, package foods like rice that you stick in a microwave. I boil water in a pot to heat the stuff up then i dont have to clean any pans.
For a fan I have one of those tornado fans which blow a ton of air but only help so much, once its over 80 degrees and in the sun my truck starts to turn into an oven.

Yeah, when it is over 70 here with high humidity the truck gets hot and sticky quick. Below that and the fan is perfect though.

My company ordered the Volvo factory 1500 watt inverter/charger/shore power option.
