Does Werner have inverters

What about those drivers who want to stay warm or cool, depending on the temperature??

 

If I want to stay warm and the bunk heater isn't cutting it. (My bunk heater keeps it pretty warm down to about 25 degrees) I start the truck and turn the heat on and idle all night. If I get to hot and my fan isn't cutting it I start the truck and turn the a.c on and idle all night. I am sure having an APU is great but I have not been uncomfortable sleeping in my non APU truck at all. Never had anyone say anything about my idling either

And those guys stuck with "no-idle" rules and no APUs?

 

I have an older pete. No optimized idle. And luckily it doesn't shut off when idling no matter what the temp is outside
