I'll repeat what has already been said. He's got three months experience and he's training you?

It escapes me that you say you are done with your training already, and yet you're teamed with a driver that should still be in training himself. As far as scratching a mirror goes, don't sweat it. Any company that sends drivers with two months experience out with another driver with less experience is a company I plan on steering well clear or out on the road. With a business plan like that, a scratched mirror is the least of their problems I'm sure.
Learn from your mistake, allow more room for clearance in the future, and get yourself away from that company as soon as you can find another job, but don't quit until you have somewhere to go.

me and my driver really don't like each other at this point. I told him I want to get the #### off the truck. We started arguing, he thinks I'm being hostile and threatening him. So he decides to get pull over on an off ramp and start dialing a number. To my surprise he starts calling 911. He says "hi ma'am this off duty army private "xxxxxx" I'm calling because my co driver is becoming very hostile and wants to get off my truck.I couldn't believe it but he actually called the cops on me. He tells me my ### is going to jail, and to just wait until the state trooper shows up. He also starts to voice record me. Yes he even begins recording me on his recorder? Without my permissionn too.

Well state trooper shows ups. I'm obviously not hostile. State trooper says "look there's nothing I can really do, you and your company need to figure this out." So much for my ### going to jail. I agree to get back on the truck, but I'm definitely getting off as soon as I can. The next day rolls on by and now we're in california. Come morning time I send a message via qualcomm to the dispatcher saying I need to get off this truck asap. Covenant agrees and they route the codriver2 to drop me off at the pilot near my home. I don't really know what's going to happen now. I dont know if this whole incident made me lose my job. All I know is my co driver2 is going to make me look as bad as possible to the company.

I'm thankful that covenant got me off the truck as soon as possible. I've read horror stories on this site about team driving. But I didn't think they were real. Now I realize team driving is really complicated and you never who your getting on the truck with. I just got home today and glad I'm off his truck.

As I've read this entire thread I can't help but think what the issue is over a scratched mirror. What with this co driver/trainer do if you did what that USA driver did. Dude get out of that truck the guy is psycho run fast and far from him.

LOL, a scratch on a mirror! What happens when you hit a tree limb? Or snap a CB antenna? Better call the police and file a police report. "Hello incident response, I had an accident and broke a CB antenna. :( "

Ok I fixed it. Pretty much my co driver was doing anything to get me in trouble.
