If that's the same Walmart I see few if any people mentioning in the comments sections accompanying articles on the crash... yeah, that one.

 

bet its not all over cnn and every other news sight though. I had not even heard about it. and no charges filed at this time ? ok

 

Two reasons it's not all over CNN.

1. There was a national celebrity on board
2. It wasn't Walmart.

And lastly, any hopes anyone had with the Collins amendment are GONE.

In my opinion, the coverage of the accident involving the Walmart truck and Tracy Morgan has been endless because of how deep Walmart's pockets are, not just because a celebrity was involved. To me, the accident involving the tanker during the daytime in a heavily congested area of Carlstadt is far worse! We all know why the reporting will not be the same. The people killed and injured are just peons to the media.

 

According to the Joseph1135, you are at fault. It was a rear end collision, it is all you need to know.

 

Really? People love to use any old excuse to hate on Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart is one of the most vilified business's in this country.

 

I doubt it was him.
