Running Man, Thank You as well for your service and your reply about Maverick. Retirement is great but ready to get back in the saddle again because you know as well as I do, how hard it is to find anything that can compare to the to Camaraderie and just someone that you can relate to. Hi Jim, I lived down in the Houston area for about 12 years or so. I can tell you I do not miss the humidity at all. The temp can be 85-90 but it feels so much worse than that. Enjoy that light load and be safe.

 

Hey Jim, Get some salt tablets take as directed with water, helps a lot in that heat!

Yes, you still can. http://www.drivemaverick.com/driving-jobs, then click on the driver portal and enter the information. They can also call the recruiting department, I can say that with Maverick the recruiters never seemed to get bothered by my calls, or ignore me like I have had happen at other companies.

 

for a possible quicker response, if you drove trucks in the military, and have a pilot or flying j truckstop, nearby, they are our fuelstops. Have a maverick driver put your contact into their qualcom. Minimum name and number and response is usually quicker than online applications. Heck do both.

 

Or ice or cold can of something held against your carotid artery for a coupla minutes. Never tried the ceramic bead necklaces a lot of hiking stores carry but same concept. You chill em put it around your neck, Brrrrr

 

Yea i understand what your saying but im about to go through school so i really dont know how good ill be at shifting
