Care to guess why drivers aren't getting trained properly? Give y'all a hint: most states now have eliminated mandatory driver's education (Texas is one of them), leaving a majority of new drivers waiting until they're 18,when all they have to do is pay for the written test and get that license with NO training whatsoever.

 

The real issue is why would you name your kid Tracey?

 

I propose a new regulation: dispatchers, dispatch managers, and load planners cannot get thru jobs unless they spend a minimum of a year as a driver, with crappy dispatching.

 

Maybe the parents misspelled his name from the get go.....
Should have been "Tracy like "Dic K" or Spencer"....

 

Only a year?....Make 'em serve for 10....And then we'll see...
