I've stayed up 30+ hours plenty of times in my life, ..mainly pulling all night poker sessions in Atlantic City then driving the 50 miles home. Never touched crack in my life. Am lucky I never took anybody out as I've definitely drifted off at the wheel myself doing it. Not proud of it

I've stayed up well past 48 hours on a pack of cigarettes and lots of coffee, so it can be done.

Wrong. Rear ends are not "always at fault". There are some rear-end collisions where the driver was cut off and braked on immediately thereafter. In that case, it is the driver who did the cutting off who is at fault. Video goes a long way to proving that. Word of mouth not so much.

Also, if you have proof of malfunctioning taillights on the vehicle you hit, you stand a good chance of being exonerated.
