Nutritarian Driver

    I've been following Dr. Fuhrmans book Eat To Live and lost about 60lbs without exercising all that much. It's a difficult transition at first but I got the hang of his 6 week plan - the trick is to keep it simple and have a huge salad each day at least.

    Good for you; I'm in the same boat, but exercise most days. There are some really good calisthenics that can be done in/out of the truck, also check out DDP yoga. Stuff is really helping. I'm not a big salad guy so I got a nutribullet; that thing is amazing.

    Yea, love yoga - will check that out. Smoothies are a time saver!

    I am trying out yoga and loving it - You don't need much room for it and it really calms my mind. Down 5 more lbs!
