I will say that he is not a recruiter as I have pm'd him with a couple questions and he never asked me for a referral.

    Jar-Head Thanks this.

Its called full rate disclosure.... It doesn't happen at sni.... Ask accounting to show you the invoice they sent the customer for the load you hauled n see what they tell ya....

One of the ways they beat the driver on this is by getting there load from SNI Logistics....

I.E SNI Logistics has a load that pays 3000.00 they sell it to SNI Choice For 2400.00 who in turn sells it to you for 65% of that..... 1560.00 to you... All of a sudden your 65% is in fact 65% but SNI as a whole is only paying you 52%....

But the beauty of SNI Choice is you choose whether or not to haul it.... Regardless of the rate %..... You get to decide if it's enough to make it profitable

I think it's funny every time someone tries to help people out on here TR they are called a recruiter.

    I mean really?!

Can't we help others by telling what we know (for good or bad)?!
People ask questions..someone answers and some moron has to point and say "recruiter".

I guess you're not supposed to look favorably on any company you work for.

Whatever I guess I wont rant.

But I will say this..if you ask me questions about any company I've worked for I wont pad it.
You'll get the good and the bad and maybe something you don't want to hear.

As for a referral..yup I'll take it..AFTER I've talked with you and given you all the information you wanted.
I'm not going to go into a forum and actively recruit..

And if if YOU decide to take my advice..and YOU say you're going to give me the referral..do it.
Don't say you will and then don't follow through..it's BS!

We are all in this together..trucking should be a brotherhood(and sisterhood)..we should all help one another(online and on the road).

I return you to your regularly scheduled program.

I've been PMing Jarhead about the Charleston SC area for ICs and no once has he asked me to refer him. He's not a recruiter.

    Jar-Head Thanks this.

I just think people get skeptical when a person tries to help and is very informative about the information that they post . I studied this for years before i did it so I had a grasp of the concept and the program before I started it .

Just passing on the knowledge I gained to save someone the time involved to research the program .

As the one poster said .. I'm not here for the referral but I won't turn one down either . I just don't ask for them , but sure I'd love to have a referral if you feel I've helped you in you process . I just don't think it's right to ask or badger a person for one .

I PM'ed Jar-Head about truck choices between Kenworth and Volvo and he told me to take into account the truck weight so you can load heavier if you need to. I think this might be Klingon for I'm a recruiter give me all your referrals but then again Marines are a shifty bunch with all this Honor, Courage,Commitment stuff***Sarcasm Alert***. Ive never met Jar-Head but his action to me says that he is a man of Integrity that just genuinly wants to help people instead of being the one that hordes all the knowledge and then laughs when new people fail(everyone knows one).

Another reason I offered "PM-ME" is because some people are hesitant to ask a question and feel better doing it over a PM MESSAGE . If you had a question that was holding you back from committing to a company or was THE DEAL BREAKER as to why it wouldn't work for you you could get your question answered and no kne know you asked .. Etc .

On the flip side some folks have friends on the board and maybe they were thinking about a swap and didn't want a certain person to know

there are several reasons to use the PM feature . I just offered it to help others
