Holy hell I'm getting whiplash in the dock....

    Wtf... Hardest ever...

Had a million miler take the middle dock and took his ###### time doing so.

3 docks.... 3 trucks.... Hmmmm.... Middle one looks good.

Made it a pain in the butt for the third guy who tried to jump line. Gave him the tougher spot took em 30 minutes to back up.

I'm next to dumb & dumber over here.

Got a decent load 800 miles due for tom in wentzville sounds familiar. Prob tires. All the loads out of Carolinas I get are TVs or tires.

I liked the gravel lots better in graniteville.
Crooked trl and no lines = me not getting along.

Black guy @ window is still a prick.

Successfully completed all the test that Con-way gave me today. I got my original company identification number. Now, I sit back and wait for my drug test results to come back, which, I already know without a doubt I passed it. I didn't realize there is a new company policy regarding the driver doesn't get the miles. There are 2 new guys in orientation that have to go all week, but I don't have to go all week, because I am a rehire. Looking forward to getting back out there and running really hard to actually making a decent living. One question I have to the current CNTL drivers. Have they increased the driver's pay? I remember back in the winter when the Vice President of Human Resources was talking about it, a long with Saul Gonzales. I do know that Con-way Truckload has a new President and CEO. I think the orientation instructor told me that.

Call Road Service if there's a defect to the trailer. Road Service prefers to get the trailer fix if there's an issue in a timely fashion, because they know you have to stay rolling. Hope that helps.

You mean they are starting re-hires back at 0 miles?! That some bs

Not yet, they've been talking & studying various proposals for over a year. The hang-up is they just can't figure out how to pay drivers more without it costing the company anything extra. The last plan involved "performance based compensation" but the test group rejected it when they discovered their own pay wasn't going up. I think there was even a "your voice is heard" where President Joe Dagnese claimed that no one would lose money under the proposed plan & someone called in to say that he was on the test panel and his compensation would have gone down. Funny stuff -- think it is still on itunes as a free podcast...
