Thanks. Hopefully some speed comes with it too. Lol that took about 2 hours. I don't know how long it should have took. I'm used to machinery only and tankers

Yea I almost learned that the hard way already so now what I do is ratchet strap the end of a section to the load and then bungee the opposite end first so that way if the wind catches it while im up top It won turn into a "supertrucker cape" . All in all im learning to hate it less. This load is 8 stops so Ive had to un-tarp and re-tarp each time. Only 3 more times to go. I was kind of upset about it at first but then I told myself consider it trail by fire tarp school.

also. rolling your tarp back on its self off your product (if possible).will help to control & secure it on the deck after product is removed. faster to get back driving. -
As soon as I heard the phrase "It has 8 stops on it" all they would have heard on the other end is "Click" as I hung up on them.

It's has 8ft drops but it is a 3 piece. There are some definite benefits to it. The first time though I had to learn the hard way about keeping air from coming in. Going through Arizona I caught wind that some how feels like it was meant for me....so as I sat on top of the load on the side of the highway....I told myself I'll ratchet the beggining of each section from now on. That of course stopped breaking my bungees and snatching my d-rings off. Since I've done that it's not so bad. Still working on the technique to closing the front flap just right but I don't look like I'm dragging a partially deflated blimp any more so I'm happy. And thanks for that advice I'll do it that way tommorrow for the next drop.
