After using Vias (stops) when plotting a route is there any way to still view the entire route turn by turn? When I do this it only wants to show me the directions to the next stop so I can't check to make sure it didn't screw up the rest of the route when it recalculated to add the stop. Under route display options I can pick summary map view but without the ability to zoom in that is pretty useless.

Summery map view is the only way. I always double check the rest of the route when i arrive at the via. It really sucks when you copare routes....then add a via. The second part goes back to the default route insted of the second on the compare...pluss you cant compare routes to a via

On the next released version it will show that. No release date yet.
Note- There is a support thread here... post any future questions there please. It keeps the site clean without multiple threads on the same subject.

The more I use this thing the more I realize what a complete waste I money it is. It's one of the worst gps devices I have used. It's not even complete. It feels like a beta unit. For the amount of money I expected a whole lot more. But I'll save that for another thread. Just put me down as extremely disappointed in this product.

Because not seeing all the stops on the Turn by Turn is not on the current version it is not complete? I did mention that it is on the next update.
Features are added as they become known if not already on the feature list. Features are given a priority as with anything, to code costs money and has to be budgeted.

Break it down into Features or routing or ??. Understand the Truck GPS takes into a lot more than simply a road in front of you and GoogleMaps cannot be used to compare since GM does not take truck attributes into play.
You cannot compare to a car GPS.. totally different.

I run multiple units on my desk testing anything and everything that anyone has an issue with.
The TND along with any other truck GPS will route you by the parameters you set for the GPS. It will try to keep you on truck legal routes, not any road that you see.
As stated, Maps are not 100% complete and never will be. It is the way the system works.
Many features asked for in the past are mostly in this next version (not released yet) along with many that enhances the GPS.
Give me some examples of where you feel the GPS is lacking for trip planning.
MarkAZS Thanks this. -
As soon as I am back home I'll make a list. Don't really have the time or desire to type it all up on my phone.
