SNI uses wireless technology (thru cell phone network) to monitor your compliance. If your current CPAP doesn't have the correct connection( i.e. sd slot) then the will loan you one that complies at no cost to you. When your insurance kicks in In 60 days, they will give you a new one and all the supplies at not cost to you. It has nothing to do with fuel economy OMG! Some of the mis information that people come up with on here is amazing!

    Andre Roubo Thanks this.

I run my cpap and fridge off the Volvo factory inverter and I don't have issues with the battery draining. Besides the inverter will disconnect before the batteries are drained.

I'm curious if they have a policy about medical privacy and data use within the company?

This may sound off the wall but if they are handling medical data, even though we are exempt from HIPAA, there is an issue with access of medical data within the company and how it is handled.

The other thing that just popped into my head is does the machine also record the data onto a smart card which is accessible by the patient because that is part of the therapy that a person goes through.
