best way to find out about any company go to a truck stop and talk a driver. Don't believe any body says on these forums

 

That's hogwash, talking to a random driver wont give you any better opinion then you'll get on here. You might find a "recruiter" that pads his check with referrals, you might find a honeymooner who still believes everything is awesome!, or you might find a guy that is taking the truck back or to some random truck stop to dump it.

Take what you can from wherever and go with it. I think you get enough opinions here to make up your own mind. Is HML perfect? Not hardly. Are there worse companies, probably. Do some drivers do really well? Sure. Do a lot of drivers fail? Yeah. Some of it's on the company, some of it's on the drivers, some of it's on the dispatchers.

 

If lease drivers read their contracts they would never sign them? !?!
That's all I need to know about this company.

 

lol you find a recruiter driving a truck 1000 miles away that's funny. and you will find all the recruiter on this forums talking about their company and trash talking others. So yes the best to find what company's is like is to talk to the drivers. If you believe people on this forums you shouldn't be driving anythings.

 

Not interested as lease operator driving under their speeds and not make money what o/o make.

Hoping Hirschbach goes good. Me and my husband leave July 7th for orientation in Texas for lease purchase -- we did Covenant Transport the past year as company drivers and ughhh they are good but like everywhere they have moments - we can make more money and try something new with Hirschbach and our old trainer is working there the last 5 months and has made 1,000-1,300 a week solo after paying everything off and after Covenant screwed him. I've read all the horror story's of lease purchase like everyone else and with all the bad it does work out good for some. People have to remember that not everyone can lease purchase. You have to know what you are doing and the best way to do it. I'm excited for a new adventure with my husband and going to work it the best we can. Our old buddy is doing good there so we should to. If not then hey move on and try something else. But we have great feelings toward Hirschbach. We will see soon.

 

This is absolutely the worst trucking company
I ever drove for ever. I was a company driver for
two months back in 2011. Nothing but liers,cheats
and thieves. Just a lease scam operation pulling
freight for Tyson and the like. They treat their drivers like dirt.
