You are not going to find a lot of love for CRE around here. Have you read the multitudes of posts about them on this forum?

    Hi!

We're driving for England now as leasers yes mistake, but we also found out fully about company from a DM. When you go into CRE as a company driver you have to follow the qualcomm directions to the letter. You go off route once it's a verbal warning, twice it's a written warning and third time your fired. If you want to do anything with that truck what so ever you must clear it through your DM. If you don't you will be in trouble and depending on the severity you could be terminated. Bottom line is England tells you jump and you just ask how high. Most good companies out there require you have at least one year otr before you can join them. Trust me, I started doing research six months back cause we want to get away from England so bad. I had to chuckle when you said crooks, because that's what England's sons call him. I hope this was helpful.

Both. And Skull we must not forget Dan . I see you're a leaser too, so I know you feel the pain when you make a $3,500 paycheck and only get $45.00 out of it?:biggrin_2554: If you want my honest oppinion the whole England company aren't nothing but crooks. We did our year of torment so now we are moving out of the little England clan and so looking forward to it.

I am praying to god I can survive for the 6 months I need to get back in OTR. This sounds like HELLL on wheels, no joke intended. I wish I had more time, but unfortunately I have to go there for the 2 week "refresher" course. Something else wierd, they asked me for experience over the last 3 years, and it didn't matter that I was a receptionist????

This CRE stuff is just a broken record. It's a shame that people like this can stay in business.
