taylor truck lines.PLEASE read before going there

My name is David. First off,ive worked for many companies and never been so motivated to write a bad report but am now because every driver needs to know to stay away from taylor. I am a 20 year vet to otr driving. Last several years I been driving flatbed and tarping was getting hard on my old ### lol. I went to Taylor for dry van this year,sounded great. First off was the trip to orientation. They rented a car for me and another driver from Texas. 1.5 days of driving and they where complaining about fuel costs,they rented the VAN! #########. Orientation? I have always had paper logs,I'm old school. They shoved Qualcomm down my throat like a palsy victim trying to perform surgery with a pipe wrench. Keep this in mind for later in the story,I met a gal in orientation and we hit it off. OK,first truck was a retired roehl truck they bought at auction. I was first Taylor driver to get one. It was crazy stupid filthy. I know everyone says a used truck is dirty for their liking but over 3 gallons of filled pee bottles,something spilled on wheel dash floor,chew tobacco on curtains and numerous questionable stains on the "new"mattress etc.8 hours of cleaning later I left on first load. Loaded right in town headed for home to move into truck. 200miles out truck started throwing engine warning lights. I pulled in,called shop,they said its fine keep going. It had a bunk heat unit,32°out„im going to use it right? It doesn't work. Call shop. They say set brakes turn off engine and push on button then turn knob left for cool or right for hot. No ####?I guess that's why I can't find the app on Google play...#######. im certified diesel mechanic,certified welder,Yamaha factory certified and a registered locksmith,I think I got a basic grasp on mechanics and operation of things like this but they told me "you just don't know how to use it". Anyway I slept that night at 32°with my coat for a blanket(haven't been home yet to move in) Next day truck finally #### the bed. Broke down completely at witchita ks. 6days in shop(I haven't been home yet and was told pack for 3days for orientation.) Freightliner fixed engine but couldn't fix the "just fine"bunk heater. They made it so the engine would constant idle.
Dispatch said "your ready to roll now?you've had six days off" I said not just no but ## k no,I haven't been home yet mofo.and its been two weeks when expected 3 days.
Alright,this is getting too long. The gal I met in orientation, we hooked up. Tried driving team together. First,next truck was just as nasty,she cleaned it for ten hours until I got back to Northfield to team up. Here's the big kicker to stay away from Taylor. On home time at girlfriends house her and I broke up,she threw my stuff out of truck. Called Taylor,they said get a cab,room,we will handle it in morning. I did. Next day they wouldn't answer my calls then finally called me and said that we were "parting ways". Yes they left me stranded in south Chicago to find my own way back to Texas. Oh yeah,today they had the balls to tell me to send them their fuel card lol. Yep,I will get right on that!
